This UK-based series of day workshops covers wild fermentation and vegan food preservation techniques including kimchi, sauerkraut, tepache, kombucha, water kefir, and seasonal preserves. Run by experienced fermentation educators with a regenerative farming background, the sessions take place at community gardens, smallholdings, and pop-up spaces across Sussex and beyond. Participants go home with jars of their own fermented creations.

Tip: Bring clean glass jars to take your ferments home. Sessions run outdoors when weather permits — dress in layers.
