The inaugural Taiwan International Plant-Based Festival brings Taiwan's plant-based culinary tradition and sustainable agriculture to Singapore across a four-month campaign. Co-organized by Taiwan's Ministry of Agriculture and pure-vegan fine-dining brand YM Spring, the program spans Vesak Day celebrations at Fo Guang Shan, curated set-menu collaborations, and immersive floral and produce exhibitions. The festival champions healthy, plant-forward eating while spotlighting the artistry behind Taiwanese fruits, orchids, and sustainable farming.
