The seventh edition of the Kilifi Wellness Festival runs from 5–8 March 2026 at Salty's Kitesurf Village on Bofa Beach, Kilifi. The four-day programme spans yoga, breathwork, aerial arts, SUP yoga, meditation, ecstatic dance, laughter workshops, spoken word, and sustainability sessions including mangrove planting. A tented marketplace features plant-based foods, vegan skincare and organic personal care products, eco-friendly homewares, wellness tech, and sustainable fashion. Saturday is dedicated as Kids' Day. Wellness practitioners offer treatments including physiotherapy, reiki, sound healing, and organic henna. Tickets are available as full four-day passes or single-day passes.
