Organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union at Gia Dinh Park during the Lunar New Year period, this festival promotes plant-based eating, environmental awareness, and sustainable living. Activities include cooking competitions, folk dance performances, healthy eating talkshows, and a Green Festival Without Waste model using only recycled and bio-based materials.
Tip: Coincides with Tet season — arrive early as the park gets very busy. A great chance to try traditional Vietnamese vegetarian chay cuisine.
